Where to Kite in March

I might be able to sneak out for a kite vacation in March. Baja seems over by then, has anyone gone anywhere else during this time that is good?

Baja should still be going. Otherwise you could try SPI. But I would do Baja.

I had a week off of work 3rd week in March last year. I kited such exotic places as Dillon Beach, Alameda and Sherman. Tacos were not as good as Baja.
