thanks Marina, another fun weekend!!! wind gods were very generous with 7m conditions yesterday and today. dead on shore wind isn't so bad when you're over powered:) fun to try all the kites, thanks everyone!!

This was the best one so far. Great event, great gear, great waves, great wind, and great friends.

Question: I am not familiar with Pismo Beach as I will be just driving through on my route home from Mexico this coming week. Is the launch fairly easy to find? On most breezy days will there be kites on bay? Experienced kiter w/ 10 years TT and Surf, beginner Foil.
Thank You,
Kip

you cannot miss it. Just drive west down Grand Ave until it ends. You're actually a little south of Pismo, in Grover Beach. From there you can pay $5 and drive on the sand, or park in the parking lot next to Fin's restaurant and walk 3 minutes to the beach. Enjoy!

Thank you Marina and all the exhibitors for an awesome first Pismo expo for me. I have no idea why people complain about the wind down there - I only rode my smallest kites ;-)
