What forecast are you looking at? Windalert is not showing anything.

The Windalert computer forecasts are unreliable there for some reason, so we rely more on weather sites for Richvale (about 3 miles west) which forecasted 17 by early PM.
The wind has switched around from the north farther north in Corning to 17, but is obviously switching later than forecasted at Thermalito . Still holding out hope for later this afternoon.
