I really like it but $300+ is way too steep for me. Maybe I will try to make one from plumbing pipes.Yoda wrote:If you have a roof rack on your vehicle, you might want to check this one out...

Re: car showers
the roadshower looks pretty cool. i saw a trailer with a water filled 4" black pvc pipe for a bumper. wouldn't take much to turn that into a shower.

Re: car showers
Cool topic as I have been wondering options for a quick wash after kiting/surfing.
The 'road shower' looks cool but bulky and expensive, and heavy if you want to install and remove for each trip.
The Advanced Elements shower bag has good and bad reviews on Amazon.com. But is reasonably priced, and a foldable bag for storing, an advantage.
Seems the bag needs to be hung up for the water flow.
How many gallons is appropriate for a quick wash and maybe rinse the wetsuit?

My black spray tank holds 2 gallons and it's more than enough for both my wife and I and still have left over water.Rakky wrote:Cool topic as I have been wondering options for a quick wash after kiting/surfing.

Re: car showers
I've used my Helio for awhile now. On the expensive side. Breaks down small. Great pressure. Plenty of water to last several sessions. I use it for camping too.
