Hey,
I'm looking for an all inclusive type resort where I can bring my kites and have about 50% time on the water. I'd be traveling with a friend or two and the wives/girlfriends, either don't kite or won't kite all the time. That being said, it would be awesome if they could float around a resort while the rest of us kite.
If you know of any place off the top of your head, I'd be happy to hear about it. Anywhere that is warm and swimsuit weather in February is what I'm after.
Thanks!

In DR there is plenty to do around the kite beach if you don't kite, once you get there you can figure out where to stay and there are a bunch of all inclusive places around to choose from.

There's a good All Inclusive on Cabarete Beach - the Viva Wyndham Tangerine.

February is a great month in Cabarete!

Kitet - Checked out Coconut bay for 2/15 through 2/21 but it was all booked up. Looks like a nice spot. The airfare is on the expensive side as well.
super_monkey & laureleastman - DR looks pretty good and affordable. I'll have to check that out more.
If others have more options, please let me know.
