Let me know when Ollie. I am giving the elbows a break, but would love to come out to check out the action.

So if you're giving the elbows a break, aren't you curious about bar pressure? Or are you planning on rebuilding your CC bar to fly your new Raptures?

Forecast looks promising for Saturday. Let us know time and place if it's going to happen, Ollie.

I have a question -- is the safety system is going to be the same as on the '05 Rapture? Or does it have the feature like the Bow and Sonic where dropping the bar depowers the kite? Does anyone feel like they can set their SAFE system up on the '05 WWs to make this happen?

i would think useing the b-safe bar would do that
if i push my bar away(cc bar) ...the kite starts a ride to the edge of the window and falls down to the water very slowly,

Sample production kites just arrived today and we got lots of pictures. We'll get some up later today. Winds were 10-15mph and we had both the 9 and 12 out the same time for three hours. Some nice long floaty jumps by both Boarding Bob and JB.

Reason no jumping in the video because ealy in the summer we set out to do an image video for WW and not on the Rapture 2. When people on the forum wanted to see more Rapture 2, we asked the video makers to put some snips together on just the Rap2. Hard to shoot kite and rider together for jumps when you were not assigned to do it.

No I'm going to wait until next yeat to test kites. Wife is working now and it's time to get everything done at home before next year. I think I'll just wait.

Here are two pictures of the production Rapture 2 we just got today. Still looking for possible trip to the Bay area this weekend to demo these kites to interested people. Is next weekend better?

It all depends on the weather...

Forecast for this coming weekend is all over the place right now, maybe rain on Saturday and north(bad) wind Sunday, or maybe not.

You guys at WW should check Ikite on Friday night, and if the forecast is good, throw some Raptoos in the van and head down here.

Don't belive a word you hear about weather forecast....there has been wind in given places in N. CA 10 out of 11 days.....very good kitable wind (like 6m, 8m, 10m wind), with waves on top of that.

Later, Z.
