If you're around and have daily flexibility and don't mind driving, it's possible to get some days in at the coast, possibly OB and Crissy, but hard to say as nothing's guaranteed and no two years are the same, so that's a hard question to answer I suppose...

I tell people to think of October kiting as bonus. It's not part of the regular schedule. Sure you'll be able to find a breeze somewhere during November, but you can't depend on its consistency like you currently can. So, be thankful for Sept and lets push off into another good Octob"ber" month.
Yeah!!

Crissy is your best bet to get those last fall sessions in until the winter sessions begin.
Then it's HMB Harbor & Alameda on a south and Crissy on a north--but seriously take up surfing or SUP in Nov/Dec if you can--amazing cross training, it is a blast to get out and do, and you will never forget your time surfing the haunted NorCal coast
It's pretty easy to stay on the water everyday of the year in the bay if you kite'sup'n'surf
