Max, now I know why you made up the Slingshit story. Apparently Slingshot part owns Kohler toilet company as well which is how they got funding for the kite division.

Shy has insulted me before as well. One time at Pismo I asked him if he wanted a beer and told me he ALREADY HAD ONE! What a dick! Then he shows up in those socks! Someone call the fashion poilce. :)

Yuri, I know what you mean. One time he asked me if I wanted a launch, but someone else was ALREADY ABOUT TO GIVE ME A LAUNCH. Then when we were in Hood River, after we talked to him on the phone we had to go tour Slingshot HQ and see all the new 2011 stuff, then after that we had to go in his van on the Old Scenic Highway above the Gorge on our way to Rufus so he could show us where to pick cherries later, see all these panoramic vistas, then at Rufus he made us fly the new unreleased 2011 kites. It was like he was trying to control our vacation or something...

Hello Kiters,

I think the Rally is going to be there best kite ever.. I also have been a fan of "Slingshot" from day one and still am. I still have my "Drake Board" and after 6 yrs,.. it has never needed a thing as the footstraps are bolted on and the board still has a good edge. my 15m Link is a testimony to a design that alot of our crew here at the shellgate Launch break out when they need a kite they can trust. My trainer kite is still around and is now a classic along with there first stickers that I still have on my Jeep.

I only have one problem and that there gear is up there as it should be. but I can't really shell out that much money at this time. as I think I'm looking at three kites to cover my range. I will still reveal the truth about there gear. with that said can I still demo this kite as I will pass the info to our crew here at shellgate. I have always thought that slingshot would be the ones to follow into the future of the kiting world.

Max be with you " " Because Slingshot rules the waters

I'll be there for sure this time. I still love my 7M Link(s) but they are both falling apart. I spend enough time repairing tractors, I don't want to have to change parts on my kites every time I go out on the water.

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Until what time are you going to be at 3rd this Wednesday and Thursday? It's really tough to leave work early, so just trying to figure out until what time is worth showing up.
