A GS race on Exhibition on a VERY steep and firm snow conditions. Johanna threw down VERY consistent strong runs and came in 6th day 1, and 4th day two. This is in a very competitive field with well over 100 athletes, not bad ;-)

The course was sooo icy, that just standing there to take pictures made your heart beat really fast. You had to either have skis on, or crampons. Yeah, that icy/steep. It's amazing that they were going that fast and looking for speed.

Buddy of mine in front of Obama's vacation house in Kailua. They kept buzzing the shore and ultimately the secret service flagged them down for names and numbers.

Now here's a beach that doesn't get kited very often. I managed to take full advantage of my local status and hit this spot right at sunset on the ride home from work. Perfectly powered in side-on winds on a 10M with a 6'0" directional on January 14th. This is at the end of my street, but in 9 years of kiting, I've only ridden here about 15 times.

Sorry about the low quality photo. My neighbor just happened to be on the beach with a camera and managed to take a few shots.
