let's see, for the bbq, do we want it windy so people will show up or do we want it calm so people will clean and not kite?

Yuri just fix a sunday (how about in 2 weeks?) and see for the reactions. Otherwise we will never get it going. you need at least 2-3 weeks advance notice so people can put it down in their mind early enough. We can also reserve the bbq area by then so we dont run into a problem. G
