I'm psyched on the response...so what works better for everybody weekends??? I am thinking sometime in January to allow people to get through the hollydays...Any suggestions on location? I can talk to some contacts I have in Berkley and possibly arrange a conference room there...Hey any of you Kitters that are parents...we will cover adult , child and safety CPR so....good opportunity to make sure people are safe not only at the beach but home as well....

Kirk,
Im an RT certified in ACLS, PALS, and NRP. I would be willing to help if you need provided that my schedule works with the scheduled training day. My wife would like to attend as well since I had to do a couple of back thrusts on my kid the other day, he swallowed a small toy and completely obstructed. That really freaked her not knowing what to do!!
Sound like the perfect opportunity for her to learn the CPR basics.

I wish I could be your dummie..
I'd lay on the floor (belly down) and you could pound on my back all night!
Serously, If Jeff's shop is not available, prehaps Ollie will let you use our shop space, my premission is granted. Unfortunitly the shop floor is concrete but there is plunty of space. I'd also think some first-aid training (splints etc..) would be great.
I'd like to offer some (FREE) patches and/or stickers that would be sewn onto kite harnesses or applyed to helmits, cars or jet-skies for easy recognition of proper training and to hopefully inspire other kiters to take classes in the future. I will pay for there production, they could be distributed to everyone who passes the course. Perhaps a little design contest should be in order for patch designs etc.. example: deep ocean blue circle patch , 3 to 4 inchies max (not to big) , with bright red cross with black CPR letters embossed across the cross.
