Oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Nice Rammstein soundtrack too.

Instructions to duplicate:

#1. Go out in 30+mph.

#2. Jump as high as you can.

#3. Just before you apex, pull the trigger as hard as you can.

#4. Prepare to land super-hot and pray you're on a fast kite and committed 110% or you are toast.

Ijmuiden is awesome for kiting I'm sure, I've been there a few times in the past, all pre-kiting visits, but the North Sea beaches in Holland are giant, lots of room and cold, but awesome seas. One of my last visits was in late Spring, the weather was decent, and it was just nuking at the beach. I went there with my aunts and they didn't even want to get out of the car for more than a minute or two even though it wasn't any colder than here at the time.
