That was pretty funny.

I would say that guy that left 12 beer bottles on the beach after spraying the beach down with his jet ski is more of a hazard than the occasional "inside show-off."

And for the record, there is never a lack of p###ies on any beach!

Thanks Dewey...someone might take offense, but whatever....Now, I have tried to be a bit better.....Alex is mostly staying right at the line of the bouys, and heads up to the tullies at least half the time. Brian always stays out of the way. I pretty much try to restrict my inside hucking to the beginning and end of a sesh - for the most part I will go upwind to hang with my wife who is always at JPB. That said, our local SI rider is one of the smoothest most sylish riders at the beach - I would feel deprived if he took his act elsewhere....Plus - who can tell him squat? There ARE no other locals, and he is there EVERY day...

Now THAT guy pissed me off! Scott and I and a bunch of others were hanging on the beach that nice sunny day, and their act was not very funny....I was waiting for Dave Luers to land on him on his way in...

While were bitching about stupid stuff, Ollie could you fix the quote feature? I have to go back and edit all my posts that I use quotes. I know it's off topic, but I think this thread is stupid and has run it's course.

Where is the f&@ken wind!! Hope it blows today!

Loop ya later!!!
Watch out!!!!

So in conclusion, showing off in an area hazardous to others sounds acceptable to some...

Yes, so it would seem. Also that it's OK for some to do it and not OK for others. No worries, considering that I will likely be under heavy scrutiny, I will behave and modify my behaviour as promised. :)

My first post was a hit !
Got to becarefull on what is said around here.

My head is going to explode with all of Bobs kind words , Thanks !
I hope that I am a + influnce on your kids, you and your family are great !

If you are reading this you allready have or will do something to piss off somebody by doing whatever inside of Nats bouys . not just Slingshot riders or myself. Not one major incident has happend in the bouy area except wrapping lines around the damn things. Only launching and landing has created all this drama ! Get rid of the bouys , kite at your own risk !

The real problem we should be focusing on is watercraft {kites} with in 200 feet of swimmers , not allowing accsess to fisherman and a very loose leash law , among many others . This is what the County Parks look at and this will decide the fate of Lower Sherman Island Wildlife and Fishing Access. Enjoy it while it last ! Open your eyes

Okay, I'm persuaded. Since MY gear NEVER fails, I will endanger others' families (and myself) at will (as usual) and since I'm bigger than the rest of you it's gotta' be alright!

I did try to land on that family (that left the beer bottles) but missed them. I always huck one inside the bouys on the way in (and out) and in the middle of my sesh. If my eyes had been OPEN I could have nailed it though. Thanks for the LOCAL advice.

This Love Fest just warms me through and through. Wait, I just peed in my wetsuit I guess...

Let's stay focused on the topic at hand, "Pee in your wetsuit... or NOT?"
Go bigga'
