Hello Dave,

I'm stoked to try the kite myself, as I have heard from good sources that it's quite the ride: spoke with one of the international team riders who tested the kite for about 1 month in Australia. Supposed to be ideal for surf (requirement 1 met). Also very good for unhooked riding (requirement 2 met)....the person who told me this is quite humble and understated, so I trust what he says.

But, I am holding off any judgement until I ride em.

About the buzz, let's take that off line ;-)

Get some, Z.

Is there any chance that this demo will be moved to follow the wind forecast today?

Come on, Dave. Don't you know those Rebels are so good you can kite when there's no wind at all

When it's 100 degrees at 11 pm in Sacto, it is truly, truly depressing.

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Windtalker is reading 3 tp 6 mph at 8:25 am

What's a guy to do on a day reaching 112 ? Even our pool is hot...

Hope everyone has a good weekend and stays cool (somehow)

Here are some pics from the demo.

Unfortunately the wind line was far enough out that even with a really long (500mm) lens, everyone was just a spec (so there aren't many riding pics). But hey, these kites look great even when they're just lying there.
