This is very cool -- Thanks for posting David

The CG does such amazing work w/ the kiting and windsurfing community esp. when I think of the on-going relationship @ Crissy. The social contract of us doing our best to be educated and not doing stupid $#!@ and them lending a helping hand when things beyond our control get out of our handle is amazing.

I may be out of town that weekend but I hope anyone who attends reiterates over and over how thankful we are to be partnered up with them to promote safety on the water as a kiting community.

One thing the CG does want us to spread the word about, and I am sure it will be discussed at the event, but I will post here, because it is very important to them ... is to make sure we always have our name and phone number on all our equipment

I went to this event in SF at the SFYC last year, it was excellent - both educational and eye-opening to learn about what they do, how they do it, rescue statistics (of which I am now one...), rules and recommendations, etc. Highly recommended, thanks for spreading the word.

Speaking of marking our equipment, would the CG be able to bring a bunch of those orange paddle smart stickers?

Disappointing turnout...maybe 50 people not including the participants and including some passer bye park people/kids.

Good info and good food

steve
