Ok it sounds like nobody is claming it so, here it goes.
It`s practically a brand new 2010 Cabrinha Rival 145 would make a great light wind board or a intermediate beginner board. They retail more than 350 but Whoever comes with 350$ will have %100 of that will go to Kinsley fund. Or anyone with a paypal e receipt of a 350 (or more :) )from today on for Kinsley has the board.
So I hope the owner of the board won t mind since noone claimed it yet. Thanks to Paul for the idea.
It`s a good board for anyone.

Re: the lost board final decision
Thank u Max,
However I truly don`t deserve even 1% of it, also the idea is Paul`s he deserves the 99%, I was at the shop as he mentioned it. And also Evan brother keeps this going with his vision for the sport and community.
We all love Kinsley, He is a good uniting factor.
Thats all.
So will somebody buy the board, or shall we start a Bidding contest. As you all know there is still quite bit of bills ?

Re: the lost board final decision
You're a good man Ino.
I'd be willing to throw down some dollars to rent it for an hour and return it with a few encouraging words written on it for our good friend Kinsley. Then present it to him as a token of our appreciation for all he's done for the sport when he's ready to ride again. Something like a functional thank you card. Use the money to throw a welcome back party. With enough rentals we could rent the whole damn beach.

Re: the lost board final decision
Maybe someone, (or group), with the right skills and connections could organize some kind of
raffle/party/acution to benefit Kinsley and family. People could donate good used equipment to be sold, maybe a shop or two would add some new gear for a raffle. Add some food, music and friends and it could be fun and beneficial.
Thoughts ???

Re: the lost board final decision
Spvone great idea. The board will be ready for u whenever u like. I m at shop from 1 to 6 friday and 11 to 6 on the weekends, Same goes for next week.
Anytime that works for you is great for me. I have about 20 new permanent Sharpie`s so it would work great.
Thanks SLM great idea We were thinking of a end of Season or haloween party, (ofcourse dedicated to Kinsley, raffle, the profit of the day in his name, raffle food, cookies from my mother, beer from us and u all etc.)
Any time that is convenient for u guys on a weekend would work for us. How about sooner than later this Sunday or Next week . When i think of organizing I can only think of Dave Lyons, and our official senior Riders who have a big presence in this forum.
Come up with any day we ll try to make it work.
Great idea it would be a nice way to end the season and hopefully. Probably not much but still Kinsley`s family will get some kind of release. As you all know there is big expenses still with the specialized sprinter, furniture, etc.
1) $9,000 - Adding a Wheel Chair Lift to the Sprinter (auto) to transport Kinsley to physical therapy and Doctor appointments
2) $5,000 - Hydraulic lift to move Kinsley from bed to wheelchair
3) $30,000 - The additional cost of two wheelchairs (both manual and tongue operated). Insurance only pays for a very small portion
4) $5,000 - Renting Ventilators and other respiratory equipment until Kinsley is able to breathe on this own
5) $10,000 - Remodel part of home to accommodate his impaired condition
6) $10,000 - Additional physical therapy and pain management at home (so he can have a speedy recovery)
7) $15,000 - Potential early-stage ambulatory home nursing care
And according to the web site Dedicated to our brother it says :
We are just beginning to receive the list of items we will need for his post hospital care but please know that every dime that you contributed will go towards increasing Kinsley’s recovery so that he can join everyone back on the beach chasing the wind. To date, we have received a generous total of $$45,412!! A large step toward our donation goal for Kinsley's estimated immediate out-of-pocket medical costs/expenses of $85,000.

Re: the lost board final decision
Hi all,
Would you quit it Ino? your(s) idea(s) is just as good as my idea. You know I can't think of a better reason to donate the proceed to someone in need..wherever it's the nice little girl who got hurt the other day in Alameda or who ever. Everytime I see our man Kinsley, I realize that guy breathes kiting, talks kiting and smiles kiting. The quicker he gets back on his feet, another kiter will benefit the stoke he puts into this sport. If for some reason the person who lost this board to begin with will ever be re-united with this board (cause he did not read the Forum)..let me say that hopefully his donation will be rewarded in good kiting karma!
I will mention this board to a newbie..we'll get the fund soon!
