Anybody here ride Best Bularoos? I would like to know what you think.
I live in Alaska where it might be more of a snow season some years with the spring snow lasting throughout the summer, so a little bit of a burly kite is what I am looking for most of the time.
Pictures, anybody got Bularoo action shots to check out?

I own a two '07 Bullaroos, a 7 and 13 and really like them, but don't have much other experience. also owned some other older c-kites (boxers, fuels) and waroo's.

the kites are fairly beefy for the $, but not as tight as the ozones construction wise, imho. they do have the little bumpers on the LE, but the spot where the canopy meets the LE is still vulnerable.

they fly great! really stable, grunty (bow style grunt), and have a large range. the ez pump is nice (but I dread any repairs) all in all I would reccomend them, you can get em pretty cheap with a little hunting.

Okay so you must be using the 2007 Best Bar and lines? Have you ever used them with another manufacturers bar?
I am trying to figure out if Iwould need to make any modifications to use my cabrinha 121 direct drive 4 line (bow) bar. I have a 2006 best bar, but not too impressed.

not sure on the cabrina bar.....i would post on the Best forum, bestkiteboarding.com

yea i use the 07 best bars. they are ok, but would like to have the ability to flag the kite onto one of the front lines (08 bar has this) for high wind self landings. also if you don't have gorilla arms it requires some mods to reach the trim strap.

good luck!

Ok. Thanks for your insight Gregd. I actually measured both bars and lines today to compare and they are both 25m lines and I think with a little tuning I will be able use the cab bar. We will know soon enough.
Cheers!
