What's the weirdest thing you did with a kite?

I made sand skies for kite-sand-skiing. You basically take skies, cut them in half, hack some bindings to connect to a massive hiking boot, and go try to injure yourself with the kite.

Don't try it at home, try it at school.

rideing berkely late in the season last year i jumped into a wind shift ...
so when i left the water i was jumping into a west wind...then at the top of the jump, i was hit with a north wind ..witch redercted me ..very funny feeling
crashed on landing.

When those 10th generation kites you were talking about come out, you'll be able to launch going west, then fly south for while, then east, then back to west... And don't forget the remote control launch button. :mrgreen:
