Kite found, sorta.
Some total MORON from Cal Maritime found my kite, bar and lines. The kite was ripped, supposedly in half. Idiot threw the whole thing in the dumpster. By the time we got the information my posse (thank God for the posse) found the dumpster which had already been emptied.
Idiot threw the whole thing, including the bar and lines, into the dumpster.
Just kills me. Cal Maritime guys should know better!

No, no information was on the kite.
Coast Guard had all the info and was looking for the kite as well.
Might be a consideration to start marking everything!
