Thank you so much!! Sorry for the delayed answer, I am the one who forgot the bar. And I have been told through FB that you posted it here. And I wasn't a member.
Let me know when and where do you want to meet. You can call me at 509-392-9035 and my name is Daniel. If you want any type of proof, the lines are quite new or very new, gray lines + blue and red, and the black donkey stick is partly broken. And it is a naish bar. And I believe you found it close to the launching/shore, there is a brick of cement. And I was very closed from it.
I would like to treat you with coffee or beer for your nice gesture if you want.
