The webcam used to be in the EFI building but it was bought by Gilead. They are remodeling the building but have not given the indication that the webcam will be allowed back in that building.

Any updates on the status of these cameras. They are very helpful...a shame if we can't bring them back.

I've been surviving without them. I actually never used them as a decision factor.
If the sensors are on, I go.
If anything, I use to watch them when I COULDN'T go, to see what I was missing.
So to me, it's more of a blessing in disguise if they're gone, so I don't torture myself. Lo)%

Ken's cam

Very true, le noun. The channel sensor is really good at 3rd, and has been very accurate about what I felt like the winds were. I always check post-session what I was riding, and mentally note what those numbers felt like out in the water.

jack technically operates the cams, and ken mirrors the feed. I talked to him about it a couple months ago, and he wasn't sure when it if they would be back up.

I agree on the 3rd ave channel marker. plus, it's the only way to score a solo sesh which believe it or not can happen at 3rd!

can we ask the golf club? I would be willing to chip in to get it running again. I am sure they have some type of internet access.

I used the cam a lot. Otherwise I read SFO which has the advantage that it has 30 minutes future prediction feature.

Anyone have a working email for jack? I got a bounce back from the arbor studios email.
