Found a kite on the highway

I found this yellow 12m RRD kite on the N.Harbor exit ramp off 580. Anyone know it's story?

Yea that's Patrick's kite. He works at live2kite it fell off the boat while teaching. I called him to let him know. Maybe drop it at live2kite or he might PM you to meet somewhere.
