Nice vid! lots of flat water if you're willing to work for it. There are a few spots with relatively consistent wind, but most are not as steady and dependable as 3rd ave or sherman, and some have kite restrictions.

Sherman lake which is about 200 yards upwind from Sherman island launch area. In case the wind dropped dead, you can kite downwind to the boat launch ramp and walk back to your parked car.

When I went out last summer the swell was bigger there than on the OR coast!

There's a ton of killer places like that up in the Delta, but you usually need a boat to get to them. SS$$
