I've always loved this list of windy locations by month http://www.kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2313330. Which of those spots are wave-oriented? What's a good list of wave spots to escape to this coming Winter?

The gorge is on there for a couple months but not the Bay Area, what gives?!
Sold all my gear; ebbs and flows; see you next season.

Because the gorge has big kite companies that operate out of there, pros that live and ride there, features to hit, and they put out vids like this...jwest21 wrote:The gorge is on there for a couple months but not the Bay Area, what gives?!

Great list thanks!
Now if i can just figure out that mf%$^&*! work.money/time ratio worked out in my favor i'll know where to go between October and April.
This gives me some ideas of low (tourism) season and high wind options that might fit the bill.
..
Puerto Rico supposedly has good waves in the winter months.

For goofy footers, Mancora or Lobitos, Peru is great in the Fall. Very laid back and cheap once you get there.
