The Gorge Camping Options

Am thinking about driving up to the Gorge this month for some kiting and an all around fun time. Can anyone recommend dog friendly lodging/camping options?

+1 for Tucker park. It's a 10 to 15 minute drive to the east of Hood River but it's beautiful, quiet and a great place to hang out after being in the wind all day...

I did tucker last year for a half week and it was great. Btw next week I'm going to gorge again (becoming an annual thing) but planning to hit jones beach this time due to bad forecast Sunday and Monday at event site. Any recommendations on where to stay there at jones?
