Max, all the previous posts on your 'incident' show you've got the wrong guy, but years later you keep on about it...literally years... Give it rest and stop being a jerk about it...

I agree, this post showing up every 6 months is ridiculous. Grow up and move on.

Hey Guys,
I think he got the message ? so I will let it go.... but for the record ..if there is any doubt to what happened that day ? you can PM Rey R. on this website and there are two others.. non- kiters I located on my own.. if I get banded from this site fore telling the truth.. then so be it...I have always tried to help everyone & anyone who needed it.. on the beach or on the water .. I would only expect the same from my fellow kiters..I don't take to kindly to being called crazy for trying to keep my launch safe for all that use it..but there seems to be an exception for "Shy" as he is to chill to do any wrong.. God speed to anyone that ever gets smacked with kite in 20+ winds and then is told to forget about it.
Take care BAK people and this is Max saying ..Good Winds to all here and I hope to see you on the water and or on the beach.. Please remember !!!
Max be with you "

Re: Free Agent
I think we should close the beach to ANYONE who ISN"T a kiter and then draw straws to see who's the ONE KITER that gets to play with their kite next.. We'll start the lottery really early in the morning so everyone would at least have a chance to pump up their kite once a day- During your session the INTIRE BEACH will be yours and yours alone, no extra strings or kites to trip over, no boards laying around to stub your toe on.. and when it's your time to have your time alone, we'll all turn our backs and make a human shield so you will feel comfortable while you change into your wetsuit-

Re: Free Agent
Ha ha ha. Nice. I ran into a guy at Berkeley a few weeks ago that would definitely support this process. He yelled at me for setting up my kite on the beach and then going to change when he and I were the only ones on the entire launch and he was playing fetch with his dog at the time. AS soon as I went to my car to change, he decided it was time for him to kite and threw a hissy fit because he did not have the entire beach to set up for almost an entire 5 minute time period. I calmly reminded him that kiting is supposed to be fun and went out and actually had fun...Greg wrote:I think we should close the beach to ANYONE who ISN"T a kiter and then draw straws to see who's the ONE KITER that gets to play with their kite next.. Just a very unhappy person hell-bent on spreading his depression as far and wide as possible.
