geez, she seems like a chick more interested in name dropping and trying to use the article as an excuse to draw attention to herself and what she used to do which has nothing to do with kiteboarding. (although i did like the water ski....or was that one of those long skinny Ocean Rodeo boards?)

What about all those old vids from maui where they towed people with wipikas?
Riding used and closeout kites and boards from e-bay,craigslist,ikitesurf, and local surf shops.Now riding home made foils

What I love about this sport is that it is an equalizer. CEO or living out of your van, once you hit the water it's all about how much fun you can have. Rubbing shoulders OMG WTF get over yourself please!

i'm more excited about rubbing shoulders with the top 3 kite racers in the world..Johnny Heineken, Adam Koch( movie star from Naish's '13 Daze' video) and Bernie.
and Erin not sure why you quoted me when i said i liked the water ski and told me it was a water ski...
