Charlie, I know you kited today...

I was sweatin' all day out here -- looks like Pt. Emerititito went off all pm long.
It's tough now though, if you need to get some work done during the day, anyway. When is sunset now? 5:15 or so? :|

Speaking of the dark we used to kite at night in PR during a full moon. Awsome time. Probably not an option here but for all you going away to some place tropical and flat during a full moon might be something you would wanna try. We put glow sticks on out boards with zip ties and attached 2 more to each side of our kite so we could see each other. We also always had someone on the beach watching. Was definitely and experience.

Glow sticks are for wimps.

Bruce S. rode from Little Baja to Rio Vista on a full moon night, au naturel.

That was before the CG shut down nighttime riding at Sherman. Hey wait, didn't you say you're in the CG?

Yeah, full moon is plenty, especially if you are already on the water. It's different when you are riggin at night and going out, thats a harder adjustment.

Why did they shut down night riding at sherman. I know that boats have to have a light on it after sunset so If you put a glow stick or light on your kite and board to satisfy that rule, I dunno if they can stop you if your obeying sailing nav rules at night. Remember put your red glow stick on the left green on the right :).

but seriously im gonna ask around work about this and see if theres a way around it or something we can do
