It drifted down past the Baja launch from the county park. If it belongs to who I think, I recommend that you try a kite size or two smaller for winds like we had yesterday. Put your name and number on your gear to facilitate return. Kudos for not using a board leash, though. See Bob or Mina to reclaim.
