found kite, bar, pump, harness, and board at 3rd

I still have the kite, bar, pump, harness, and the board that was left at 3rd few weeks ago that no one claimed. I'm guessing that it's someone new to kiting and eventually will figure out to check this forum.

could be a missing person also.. Maybe they were kidnapped before they had time to pack up gear
