LOST: Liquid Force twin tip with Axis straps

Hi all,
I lost my twin tip at 3rd Ave on Sunday evening 10/7. It is a Liquid Force Focus 134, with Axis straps. It has a blue, white, and brown base, and the straps are black and green. Please do let me know if you come across it. Many thanks in advance!
