Your white and neon yellow foil kite is being used as a tent

Outside the Best Buy at 14th & Harrison in San Francisco, I spotted a sad situation. There's a homeless encampment setting up to use a nice looking kite for shelter. It's a white and neon yellow foil kite and looks like it's still in good condition. If yours was stolen recently, you might stop by the corner of Harrison & Alameda (behind the Best Buy) and try to reclaim it or barter for it.
