During the demo at Pismo, we had an RPM 10m, my personal kite, stashed in it's bag with an 09 17" SS bar, under the Rev15m. I brought the kite down to ride in the event all our other kites were out on demos.
Well, I realized later that the bar was missing after I brought the kite bags back to the truck, so I guess someone seems to have intentionally taken it.
I don't expect much to get it back, but if you're with your team doing demos, keep an eye on your stuff!

Re: Missing/Stolen SS Bar at Pismo
That's too bad Ollie - I hope it turns up. I typically mark all of our demo (and my own personal) equipment with permanent marker (past lessons learned the hard way..). People seem less inclined to help themselves to stuff if it's clearly marked, and if does happen to be recovered after being lost/stolen you'll get it back....I had a custom Amundson stolen last summer and a few days later I got a call from a hotel in Canada that found it laying outside.
Demo/used gear is sold/discounted as such so there should be no gripes about covering up and old name!
