Location with solid wind and solid Internet connection

Hey,

I'm thinking about going on a long (month or two) kiteboarding trip, but at the same time keep working remotely for my company.
Would anyone have a recommendation of a good place that have a solid wind and solid Internet connection?
It would be great if place is rather not expensive - so I can afford rent close to the beach, and also if it blows during whole day - so I can go kiteboarding in the morning, work around lunch time, and go kiteboarding again in the afternoon.

Maybe someone wants to join? Renting house together with couple of people could be awesome.

Thanks!
Inez

I haven't been myself, but my co-worker highly recommends South Padre Island.
