Open water kiteboarding shuttles are available from Ryer island (Grizzly Bay) to Sherman island and all points in between. Weekday shuttles leave the dock in Pittsburg at 4:45pm and all need to be back on the boat at sunset. These are monster downwind runs for experienced endurance kiters with a lot of trails to explore. Boat launching skills are a plus. Weekend runs are split in two. Dawn patrol 8:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to sunset. Ha! I still have em. That's not my kite :). Trying to figure out a way to turn this boat ( that still rests in Honker Bay) into a bar with a hot tub!
