My parents moved out of their apartment in Hayward before their lease was up so they need to sublease the place. Itís ready for move in anytime. Itís a great one-bedroom apartment in front of the complex, 2nd floor. Totally renovated with new appliances and re-painted about 3 months ago. Gated underground parking.
If someone rents the place my parents are willing to pay $300 a month to the renter till the existing lease expires (October 2007).
The rent is $675 a month ($975 minus the $300/month for the months up to October).
