My parents moved out of their apartment in Hayward before their lease was up so they need to sublease the place. Itís ready for move in anytime. If someone rents the place my parents are willing to pay $300 a month to the renter till the existing lease expires (October 2007).
The rent is $675 a month ($975 minus the $300/month for the months up to October).
