[East Bay] Point Isabel/Marina Bay

Normally when I go there in the summer, I go all over the place, towards race track, the point on Brooks island towards SF where the rollers come in, and Berkeley Pier. But given the weather and lack of people around, I stayed inside the reach and not much past the marina towards Highway 80. Will be there again before the end of the year is my guess!
