Point San Pablo

Noticed that with the strong southerly direction, point San Pablo wind sensor is reading 26knots! Looking at it on satellite shows a ton of submerged obstacles surrounding all sides of the northern most point but further south along Western dr. seems to have a nice side-on beach, free of obstacles. I'm thinking the Richmond bridge could cause turbulent conditions but figured I'd see if anyone out there has managed to make this location work.

I had a similar thought about Pinole Point yesterday but quickly found the topic on here saying "thousands of snakes, car will get broken into and submerged obstacles".
Sold all my gear; ebbs and flows; see you next season.
