Kiting Leo Ryan park (lake) pond

Has anyone ever kited Leo Ryan park lake? If you have I'd like to know where you lunched and how did the lake is? I have seen wind surfers out there and I'm fairly sure that I'll need to wait for a nuking day to go out but, it just looks like a blast to kite.
