sfgate fog forecast

Mmm, marine layer... Sittin' in the Presidio fog. Just stumbled on sfgate's "new 3d animated fog forecasts". Have these been around for awhile? Are they accurate at all?

Pretty good model form what I have been checking it the last couple of weeks....Especially when the weather pattern is not changing (like now) it works pretty well.
