I find that after a day of riding overpowered in big chop and landing my jumps pointed upwind, drinking lots of beer helps kill the pain and is much more pleasant than stretching. Since I mostly ride after work, my "dinner" usually consists of a bag of pretzels on the drive home (plus the beer, of course). =D>
Just kidding. Sort of.
I am fairly sure that if there wasn't at least a few months on each side between kiting season and ski season, I would collapse from exhaustion and fatigue in less than six months.

On another note, is there a secret to looping the kite on the way down? That is such an awesome way to come out of a jump, but it seems like a scary progression. I tried it once on Sunday and ate sh$%#. Of course, I was way overpowered and probably not pointing downwind. :)
