When I finished on Sunday night, I was perfectly powered so that I was in control when sheeted out but massively overpowered when sheeted in (safety margin? What's that?) Swell was giant, so the equation was:
Bar out, edge hard, up the ramp, bar in...look, there's Antioch behind those trees, look, there's the beach coming at me really fast...
Gotta love that upper end of the range.
Looks like today was a repeat of last night, but all day long!
(It took 1/2 hour of stomping the tules, but yeah, I finally found it. Good reason to keep your booties in the car..)
