there is no mystery what Ikitesurf can do. Just look at the wind forecast for SFO (public information), general waterway forecast and you get it to about 5 knots what Ikitesurf interpolates out of it. or use the windfinder map

yes, beach is the day. Clearly...

In a shift from their stance all weekend so far, NOAA forecasters have now posted a small craft advisory through this evening. If you are heading to the beach, bring your kites.

Luckily for them it stays light until 9, they may still end up being right.
