Last year we got a Westfalia van and have been enjoying it which has brought us to thinking about whether we're really going to use our trailer much this year and in the coming years. So, we realized probably not, so if this would be great opportunity for someone to pick up a nice trailer and use it at Sherman.

It's a 25-foot 87 Road Ranger Trailer - standard hitch, not 5th wheel. Everything works and the layout is among the best I've seen as it's divided into thirds basically - rear third is bed/bat/closet, middle third is living area with couch and chair, front third is kitchen/stove/refrig./cabinets.

The rear bed is a double, bathroom has toilet, sink, shower. Built-in in couch pulls out to a bed. Front table also converts to a bed. All water, stove, refrigerator, water heater works, everything in the trailer works. Tires are good, body is good. Many of you have seen or visited the trailer at Sherman.

Comes with hitch, stabilizer bars, support jacks for all four corners when parked, hoses, toilet chemicals, and more misc. stuff.

The trailer is currently registered, and is stored at Edgewater, less than a mile down the road from Sherman and you'd get to take over the storage spot, which is a bonus too as they are usually full.

Look around, you won't find anything like this as clean and spacious in this price range.

I'm over working so hard to throw parties, setting up and hauling gear and cleaning up after. Want to buy some party lights? And for July 4? We'll be at the Gorge! Throw your own party!

All last summer, only maybe 2 weekends in the trailer, kiting the coast more, can always camp in the Westy at SI, might as well pass it on to someone for a great price who will get more use out of it.

Also, forgot to mention, the storage fees are only $16.50 month!

Yes, a couple of us were talking about that last night. Could put it in the marina at Sherman with full hookups, electricity, water and sewer, but I don't know if it's possible to keep it there for that purpose... Plus it's in great shape and really clean, would hate to see it become otherwise.

I figured I'd give kiters a shot at it, at a lower price, as it's already located and setup for entire Sherman summers if someone wants, they could use it at SI or drop it in at the marina with full hookups. If no takers it'll get posted on craigslist...
