Great pics! Looks like you are getting a fair amount of vignetting though.

Its there on purpose Thanks!... Its a 70-200L 2.8, with a 1.4x tc2... no natural vignetting there....

Should be able to get some good shots of kites down on the water and wipeouts, which I will probably be among.

Hey if you see yourselves in the pictures, please comment on it so we can identify who you are!! Our website is geared towards community for kiteboarders and other bay area sports... and of course charities...
Also if you see me on the beach with a long white lense, that'll be me... Just do some tricks and I will get you guys!

Hahaha kewl!!! Man I wish people would let me know the hot spots of the day... cause the wind is acting weird.... and I am not too smart about winds...

These past few days have been somewhat atypical. I work in Oakland and look straight at the flag atop the Trib building. Normally it is blowing from due Westerlies, but it has been blowing from the S most of the day, and right now it is blowing from the E. Usually not a good sign for Alameda.
