no that guy in the blue shorts is some uber rich Venezuelan guy who owns that mega yacht in the background. He parked his little motorboat thats used to get to be big yacht RIGHT in the middle of our kitting area. Basically blocking things off for us to kite. The guy from Kitemafia walks over and picks up the guys anchor and with the guys wife still in the boat he drags the whole thing carrying the anchor over to the side of the island out of our way.

Of coursy the drug lord guy gets all pist and tells his servant to "go back and get my gun and we will solve this Venezuelan style"

At which time the KiteMafia guy picks up the anchor and drags the boat back to where it was.
