I know this may sound silly but If I remove the bindings will the bindings (straps) for kiteboarding fit the holes that are already on the wakeboard. I ask cause this board was awesome behind my old boat...It is a honeycomb 147 with a slight bit of rocker...I own 3 kiteboards and just wanted to add another variation to the quiver...Thanx for responding....May you find warm winds and great weather

why not just keep the bindings? Wakeboards are pretty heavy, stiff beasts, so you might want the bindings . . .I'd at least give it a shot as-is before doing any modifications.

thanx for replying...I would but they are super hard to get into...full boot...usually needs soap and a lot of painfull pulling....not easy to do while flying the kite....I just want to add kite friendly bindings...BTW this board is super light...its honey comb..

Actually you will find it hard to get upwind with a wakeboard due to the rocker and you need a lot kite pressure. Some people think kiteboards with real bindings are great. I think they can be actually very harmful, especially for your knees. But for a one shot try under well controlled environment I also would give it a try with the bindings. G
