going to santa barbara, should i bring my gear?

I.m heading to a wedding in Santa Barbara this weekend. Are there any spots near bye?

if it is windy you can kite right in front of isla vista. if not, then cruise down to ventura. it is almost always windy down there. it is like 25 min south from santa barbara. pismo beach is good too.

I got a few sessions in at East Beach as well as Ledbetter, so it's worth a shot...

Maybe get a map and find all the suggested spots on it...This isn't Mapquest, ya know!
