best resource for forcasting wind at Wadell

I rode at Wadell for the first time last week in great conditions. When I drove bye the following day, it was dead. It's a long trek for me, but I must go back. So...????? what should I look for in the forcasts?

For Waddell NWS is all you need. The marine forecast for Pigeon Point-Pt. Piedras Blancas must be NW 10-20 MPH or higher. Anything else is generally a bust. In a changing pattern, watch the fog movement closely as it kills the wind.

NWS Marine Forecast
